| Justin Bystrom President  | Justin came on board August 2008 serving as secretary. In 2009 he added the responsibility and challenge of our new web site and launched RF wrestling social media. In 2011 he was elected President. He and his wife Stacy live just north of town and have four children, Lowein, Tyson, Winston and Serena. He really enjoys competition, loves the wrestling sport, has a USA wrestling bronze certification and is always trying to learn more about the sport. | Ron Kinneman Vice President 
| Ron has been a board member since 2007 and has had various roles in our youth program since 1998. He and his wife Debbie live just east of town and have three children, Kurt, Josh and Nathan. | Dave has been a board member since 2010. He and his wife Theresa live just east of town with their son David. Dave really loves the sport, the challenges and interacting with people. | Jayson Andrea Corporate Secretary 
| Jayson has been a board member since 2011. Jayson went through our program as a youth and graduated high school in 1989 after becoming a wrestling wildcat. He and his wife Tori live in River Falls with their children Cooper and Greta. Jayson loves the outdoors and is an avid camper and scout supporter. | Carlos Figi Tournament Director 
| Carlos has been a board member in various roles since 2000. With his youngest son graduating in 2011 he decided to step back as President; and accepted his new role of elected tournament director. He and his wife Dena have three children, Jake, Amanda and Adam. He lives south of town (some may call this Beldenville; however, he is technically in River Falls). | Dave Black Youth Director 
| Dave has a full-blooded passion for the sport, a passion for the program and has a great history in wrestling. He and his wife Mary live in town. They have four children, Stephanie, Kevin, Tony and Amy. Dave’s social interest and enthusiasm has been his involvement with youth sports and activities in our community and state. He is currently the Chairman of the Wisconsin Wrestling Federation, a highly accredited state and national wrestling referee, and a member of the Junior National Olympic Wrestling Committee, the USA Wrestling steering committee, international exchange committee, and insurance committee of USA wrestling. | Kevin has been in this role since 2009. Kevin, wife Liz and son live in town. Kevin also is the owner and head coach at Victory School of Wrestling, located in River Falls. His extensive coaching, leadership, executive and on-the-mat experience both near as well as throughout the country - brings great insight and direction for the program.
